target/i386: expand feature words to 64 bits
VMX requires 64-bit feature words for the IA32_VMX_EPT_VPID_CAP
and IA32_VMX_BASIC MSRs. (The VMX control MSRs are 64-bit wide but
actually have only 32 bits of information).
