Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/mst/tags/for_upstream' into staging
virtio, pci, pc: bugfixes, checkpatch, maintainers
Bugfixes all over the place.
Add a new balloon maintainer.
A checkpatch enhancement to enforce ACPI change rules.
