Remove unnecessary casts from PCI DMA code in PCI IDE
This patch removes some unnecessary casts in the PCI IDE device,
introduced by commit 552908fef5b67ad9d96b76d7cb8371ebc26c9bc8
'PCI IDE: Use PCI DMA stub functions'.
