Cocoa: Don't unconditionally show the window
When QEMU was launched in no-graphic, Curses or VNC mode,
don't run it as a Cocoa application.
Based on patch by Alexander Graf.

- Avoid type mismatch warning for argv
- Drop noCocoa variable
