docs/system/arm: Document OpenPOWER Witherspoon BMC model Front LEDs
Document the 3 front LEDs modeled on the OpenPOWER Witherspoon BMC
(see commit 7cfbde5ea1c "hw/arm/aspeed: Add the 3 front LEDs drived
