usb: move cancel callback to USBDeviceInfo
Remove the cancel callback from the USBPacket struct, move it over to USBDeviceInfo. Zap usb_defer_packet() which is obsolete now. Signed-off-by: Gerd Hoffmann <kraxel@redhat.com>
