Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/xtensa/tags/20140629-xtensa' into staging
Xtensa fixes and improvements queue 2014-06-29:
- fix FLASH mapping to boot region for KC705;
- clean up boot parameters passing;
- add uImage, DTB and initrd support.
