cpu: Move CPUClass::vmsd to SysemuCPUOps
Migration is specific to system emulation. - Move the CPUClass::vmsd field to SysemuCPUOps, - restrict VMSTATE_CPU() macro to sysemu, - vmstate_dummy is now unused, remove it.
