hw/arm: Add support for kudo-bmc board.
kudo-bmc is a board supported by OpenBMC. https://github.com/openbmc/openbmc/tree/master/meta-fii/meta-kudo Since v1: - hyphenated Cortex-A9 Tested: Booted kudo firmware.
