tests: fix virtio-blk-test leaks
Use qvirtio_pci_device_find_slot() to avoid leaking the non-hp
device. Add assert() to avoid further leaks in the future.
Use qvirtio_pci_device_free() to correctly free QVirtioPCIDevice.
