This avoids initializing variables with the copy-constructor of a
non-trivially copyable type.

A string literal `"abc"` contains a terminating `\0`, so that is 4
bytes. There is no need to write `"abc\0"` unless two terminating
`\0`s are necessary.
`std::string` objects do not internally contain a terminating `\0`, so
`std::string("abc")` creates a string with size 3 and is the same as
`std::string("abc", 3)`.
In `"\01"` the `01` part is interpreted as one number (1) and that is
the same as `"\1"` which is a string like `{1, 0}` whereas `"\0z"` is a
string like `{0, 'z', 0}`. To create a string like `{0, '1', 0}` one
must use `"\0" "1"`.
Adjust the tests accordingly.

Also remove a needless loop in DecodeBase58 to prune zeroes in the base256
output of the conversion. The number of zeroes is implied by keeping track
explicitly of the length during the loop.

This patch removes the need for the intermediary Base58 type
CBitcoinAddress, by providing {Encode,Decode,IsValid}Destination
function that directly operate on the conversion between strings
and CTxDestination.
|
|
In order to avoid unintended implicit conversions.

similar to secp256k1 include and compile univalue over a subtree
|
|
- implement find_value() function for UniValue
- replace all Array/Value/Object types with UniValues, remove JSON Spirit to UniValue wrapper
- remove JSON Spirit sources

Make sure that chainparams and logging is properly initialized. Doing
this for every test may be overkill, but this initialization is so
simple that that does not matter.
This should fix the travis issues.

UNITTEST parameter are not used by any current tests, and the model
(modifyable parameters) is inconvenient when unit-testing. As
they are stored in a global structure eevery test
would have to (re)set up its own parameters.
For consistency it is also better to test with MAIN parameters.

Lots of files ended up with indirect includes from script.h.
|
|
UNITTEST inherites from MAIN but allows synamically changing its parameters using the ModifiableParams() interface
|
|
It breaks the new mingw tests!

This commit removes all the unnecessary dependencies (key, core,
netbase, sync, ...) from bitcoin-cli.
To do this it shards the chain parameters into BaseParams, which
contains just the RPC port and data directory (as used by utils and
bitcoin-cli) and Params, with the rest.
