75485ef09 gui: Enable open wallet menu on setWalletController (João Barbosa) Pull request description: `BitcoinApplication::initializeResult` and `BitcoinGUI::setWalletController` are only called after the startup rescan is completed. While the rescan is in progress the window menus are already available.
