742918c8ef353993a07c060f476a160e8272a9ef qt: hide Create Unsigned button behind an expert mode option (Andrew Chow) 5c3b800acd3ceb75ff6bbac8d0e2e1aaa95b0728 qt: Add Create Unsigned button to SendConfirmationDialog (Andrew Chow) Pull request description: Instead of having different buttons or changing button behavior for making a PSBT, just have SendConfirmationDialog return whether the user wants a PSBT or a broadcasted transaction. Since this dialog is used by both the bumpFeeAction and the SendCoinsDialog, changes to both to support the different behavior is needed. They will check the return value of the SendConfirmationDialog for whether a PSBT needs to be created instead of checking whether private keys are disabled. Strings used in this dialog are being slightly modified to work with both private keys enabled and disabled wallets. This improves the related code by simplifying the addition and connection of the action through an [overloaded](https://doc.qt.io/archives/qt-5.9/qmenu.html#addAction-5) `addAction` function and prepends action description text to the host, "Show in". The reason to add this text is to make it clear what the action does. It also creates a clearer mental correlation between a user doing the work to add the 3rd-party tx link and this new menu action popping up. This updates the setting text so that "third-party" is hyphenated. It should be hyphenated because it is being used as a modifier of both "URL" and "transaction URLs". Additionally, this fixes #431 by ensuring that the seperator will be added before creating action. There was an issue around the time of Qt 4.6 when placeholder text was introduced, that caused a compile failure when it was specified in the form. As a workaround the placeholder texts were moved to the code. Qt 4 hasn't been relevant to us for ages. So move all (non-parametrized) placeholder texts to the form files instead. It's better to keep this kind of text content together. Makes sure translate/no-translate status is kept as it is.

My changes leave all tray icon and menu creation/initialization logic untouched. It only shows or hides the icon according to the setting. A new checkbox was added to the OptionsDialog under the Window tab. A bool option named "hideTrayIcon" was added to OptionsModel. This checkbox was mapped like other all options to the OptionsModel. A signal was added to the OptionsModel for broadcasting changes the the hideTrayIcon option. This signal was connected to a new slot added to BitcoinGUI named setTrayIconVisible(bool). The slot simply hides or shows the trayIcon in BitcoinGUI according to the parameter recieved.
