We make the Satisfier a base in which to store the common methods
between the Tapscript and P2WSH satisfier, and from which they both
inherit.
A field is added to SignatureData to be able to satisfy pkh() under
Tapscript context (to get the pubkey hash preimage) without wallet data.
For instance in `finalizepsbt` RPC. See also the next commits for a
functional test that exercises this.

|
TaprootSpendData and TaprootBuilder are used in signing in
SigningProvider contexts, so they should live near that.

a5b4883fb43d01bfef1244df62c64bf8691ca63a rpc: extract psbt updating logic into ProcessPSBT (ishaanam)
Pull request description:
Previously the `utxoupdatepsbt` RPC, added in #13932, only updated the inputs spending segwit outputs with the `witness_utxo`, because the full transaction is needed for legacy inputs. Before this RPC looked for just the utxos in the utxo set and the mempool. This PR makes it so that if the user has txindex enabled, then the full transaction is looked for there for all inputs. If it is not found in the txindex or txindex isn't enabled, then the mempool is checked for the full transaction. If the transaction an input is spending from is still not found at that point, then the utxo set is searched and the inputs spending segwit outputs are updated with just the utxo.

Previously only the segwit utxos being spent by the psbt were looked for and
added to the psbt. Now, the full transaction corresponding to each of these
utxos (legacy and segwit) is looked for in the txindex and mempool and added
to the psbt. If txindex is disabled and the transaction is not in the mempool,
then we fall back to getting just the utxo (if segwit) from the utxo set.

This makes the Miniscript descriptors solvable.
Note this introduces signing support for much more complex scripts than the wallet was previously able to solve, and the whole tooling isn't provided for a complete Miniscript integration in the wallet. Particularly, the PSBT<->Miniscript integration isn't entirely covered in this PR.

Instead of having an entire TaprootBuilder which may or may not be
complete, and could potentially have future changes that interact oddly
with taproot tree tuples, have m_tap_tree be just the tuples.
When needed in other a TaprootBuilder for actual use, the tuples will be
added to a a TaprootBuilder that, in the future, can take in whatever
other data is needed as well.
|
|
Merging should be checking that the current PSBTOutput doesn't have a
taptree and the other one's is copied over. The original merging had
this inverted and would remove m_tap_tree if the other did not have it.

Base32/base64 are mechanisms for encoding binary data. That they'd
decode to a string is just bizarre. The fact that they'd do that
based on the type of input arguments even more so.

This switches .read() and .write() to take spans of bytes.

a99ed8986554fa1ecc854e43ea373d957e598db8 psbt: sign without finalizing (Andrew Chow)
Pull request description:
It can be useful to sign an input with `walletprocesspsbt` but not finalize that input if it is complete. This PR adds another option to `walletprocesspsbt` to be able to do that. We will still finalize by default.
This does not materially change the PSBT workflow since `finalizepsbt` needs to be called in order to extract the tx for broadcast.

This was previously done implicitly in boost::optional by BOOST_ASSERT.
Also, it was checked at runtime by valgrind if for some reason the
assert was disabled.
std::optional dereference won't assert, so add the Assert here
explicitly.
The explicit Assert also helps to document the code better.

f1ef7f0aa46338f4cd8de79696027a1bf868f359 Don't calculate tx fees for PSBTs with invalid money values (Andrew Chow)
Pull request description:
Fixes #17149
Two classes of issues were found by the psbt fuzzer: values out of range and causing overflows, and prevout indexes being out of range. This PR fixes both.
When accessing a specific output using the index given in the tx, check that it is actually a possible output before trying to access the output.
When summing and checking amounts for `decodepsbt` and `analyzepsbt`, make sure that the values are actually valid money values.. Otherwise, stop summing and don't show the fee. For `analyzepsbt`, return that the next role is the Creator since the Creator needs to remake the transaction to be valid.

Invalid PSBTs need to be re-created, so the next role is the
Creator (new PSBTRole). Additionally, we need to know what went
wrong so an error field was added to PSBTAnalysis.
A PSBTAnalysis indicating invalid will have empty everything,
next will be set to PSBTRole::CREATOR, and an error message.

Pull request description:
This adds a descriptors argument to the `utxoupdatepsbt` RPC. This means:
* Input and output scripts and keys will be filled in when known.
* P2SH-witness inputs will be filled in from the UTXO set when a descriptor is provided that shows they're spending segwit outputs.
This also moves some (newly) shared code to separate functions: `UpdatePSBTOutput` (an analogue to `SignPSBTInput`), `IsSegWitOutput`, and `EvalDescriptorStringOrObject` (implementing the string or object notation parsing used in `scantxoutset`).

(-Wreturn-type) in psbt.cpp
|
|
psbt.cpp definitions except for AnalyzePSBT are used by the wallet and need to
be linked into the wallet binary. AnalyzePSBT is an exception in that it is not
used by the wallet, and depends on node classes like CCoinsViewCache, and on
node global variables like nBytesPerSigOp.
So AnalyzePSBT is more at home in libbitcoin_server than libbitcoin_common, and
in any case needs to be defined in a separate object file than other PSBT
utilities, to avoid dragging link dependencies on node functions and global
variables into the wallet.
|
|
Refactor the analyzepsbt RPC into (1) an AnalyzePSBT function, which returns
its output as a new strongly-typed PSBTAnalysis struct, and (2) a thin wrapper
which converts the struct into a UniValue for RPC use.
|
|
Move PSBT decoding functions from core_io.h/core_read.cpp to psbt.h/psbt.cpp,
to deal with a linker issue.

fa9b60c842 Remove unused TransactionError constants (MarcoFalke)
Pull request description:
Fixup to #14978, which introduced a bunch of unused enum values, such as `UNKNOWN_ERROR`, `ERROR_COUNT` and `TRANSACTION_ERR_LAST`. None of those have a meaning in the context of an `enum class`, where the compiler can infer if all cases have been covered in a switch-case.
Also, move the global `::maxTxFee` back to the rpc caller, so it can be set on a per call basis (in the future).
