Pull request description:
This PR is to address follow-ups for #24584, specifically:
* Remove redundant, hard-to-read code by adding a new `OutputType` and adding shuffle, erase, and push_back methods for `CoinsResult`
* Add missing `BOOST_ASSERT` to unit test
* Ensure functional test only runs if using descriptor wallets
* Improve readability of `AttemptSelection` by removing triple-nested if statement
Note for reviewers: commit `refactor: add new helper methods` should throw an "unused function warning"; the function is used in the next commit. Also, commit `wallet: switch to new shuffle, erase, push_back` will fail to compile, but this is fixed in the next commit with a scripted-diff. the commits are separate like this (code change then scripted-diff) to improve legibility.

AddAndGetDestinationForScript
It's already checked by its (only) caller, AddAndGetMultisigDestination.

We don't want the legacy wallet to ever have bech32m addresses so don't
allow importing them. This includes addmultisigaddress as that is a
legacy wallet only RPC
Additionally, bech32m multisigs are not available yet, so disallow them
in createmultisig.
|
|
Bech32m addresses need their own OutputType
We are not ready to create DescriptorScriptPubKeyMans which produce
bech32m addresses. So don't allow generating them.

The round-tripping through PKHash has no effect, and is
potentially misleading as such.

Added are:
* Vector(arg1,arg2,arg3,...) constructs a vector with the specified
arguments as elements. The vector's type is derived from the
arguments. If some of the arguments are rvalue references, they
will be moved into place rather than copied (which can't be achieved
using list initialization).
* Cat(vector1,vector2) returns a concatenation of the two vectors,
efficiently moving elements when relevant.
Vector generalizes (and replaces) the Singleton function in
src/descriptor.cpp, and Cat replaces the Cat function in bech32.cpp

Moves all of the various SigningProviders out of sign.{cpp,h} and
keystore.{cpp,h}. As such, keystore.{cpp,h} is also removed.
Includes and the Makefile are updated to reflect this. Includes were largely
changed using:
git grep -l "keystore.h" | xargs sed -i -e 's;keystore.h;script/signingprovider.h;g'
|
|
-BEGIN VERIFY SCRIPT-
git grep -l "CBasicKeyStore" | xargs sed -i -e 's/CBasicKeyStore/FillableSigningProvider/g'
-END VERIFY SCRIPT-

Makes AddAndGetDestinationForScript use a generic CKeyStore rather than
the wallet, and makes it always add the script to the keystore, rather
than only adding related (redeem) scripts.
