Merge #9498: Basic CCheckQueue Benchmarks
aad4cb5 Address ryanofsky feedback on CCheckQueue benchmarks. Eliminated magic numbers, fixed scoping of vectors (and memory movement component of benchmark). (Jeremy Rubin)
