Merge #11024: tests: Remove OldSetKeyFromPassphrase/OldEncrypt/OldDecrypt
a897d0e tests: Remove OldSetKeyFromPassphrase/OldEncrypt/OldDecrypt (practicalswift) Pull request description: Reduces the number of non-free:d allocs with four (Δ in use at exit = -928 bytes).
