937bf4335 Use std::thread::hardware_concurrency, instead of Boost, to determine available cores (fanquake) Pull request description: Following discussion on IRC about replacing Boost usage for detecting available system cores, I've opened this to collect some benchmarks + further discussion. The current method for detecting available cores was introduced in #6361.
