* pcoinscatcher (CCoinsViewErrorCatcher)
* pcoinsdbview (CCoinsViewDB)
* pcoinsTip (CCoinsViewCache)
* pblocktree (CBlockTreeDB)
* Remove variables shadowing pcoinsdbview
