Fix parameter naming inconsistencies between .h and .cpp files
Inconsistencies prior to this commit:
* serializeFlags vs serialFlags

* hashesToUpdate vs vHashesToUpdate
src/txmempool.h: void UpdateTransactionsFromBlock(const std::vector<uint256> &hashesToUpdate);
