net: Do not skip the I2P network from GetNetworkNames()
So that help texts include "i2p" in: * `./bitcoind -help` (in `-onlynet` description) * `getpeerinfo` RPC * `getnetworkinfo` RPC Co-authored-by: Jon Atack <jon@atack.com>
