  Various RPC fuzzer follow-ups:
  * Remove unused includes.
  * Update list of fuzzed RPC commands.
  * Reduce maintenance requirements by allowing RPC annotations also for conditionally available RPC commands (such as wallet commands) without the fragility of `#ifdef` forests.
