vamp-plugin-sdk (audio analysis API)

Vamp is an API for C and C++ plugins that process sampled audio data 
to produce descriptive output (measurements or semantic observations).

Note: it's recommended to remove any old version of vamp-plugin-sdk
before running this SlackBuild.
