Just don't look. struct tm members are ints' and they are sent as uint16_t.
VMState code complains as it should. Have to create hacky int32_as_uint16
type. Don't ever think about copying it

Modern compilers do not parse "=-" as decrement:
you must use "-=" for that. Same for "=+"/"+=".

Sorry folks, but it has to be. One more of these invasive qdev patches.
We have a serious design bug in the qdev interface: device init
callbacks can't signal failure because the init() callback has no
return value. This patch fixes it.
We have already one case in-tree where this is needed:
Try -device virtio-blk-pci (without drive= specified) and watch qemu
segfault. This patch fixes it.
With usb+scsi being converted to qdev we'll get more devices where the
init callback can fail for various reasons.

The attached patch updates the FSF address in the GPL/LGPL boilerplate
in most GPL/LGPLed files, and also in COPYING.LIB.

malc found AIX headers leak "hz" and so it can't be used there. Change
