Merge remote-tracking branch 'kraxel/tags/pull-usb-1' into staging
Improvements for usb3 bulk stream (usb core, xhci).
Bugfixes for uas emulation.
Add remote wakeup support for ehci.
Add suspend support for xhci.
Misc minor tweaks and fixes.
