check-qjson: Cover escaped characters more thoroughly, part 2
Cover escaped single quote, surrogates, invalid escapes, and noncharacters. This demonstrates that valid surrogate pairs are misinterpreted, and invalid surrogates and noncharacters aren't rejected.
