hw/pxa2xx.c: Convert CLKCFG and PWRMODE cp14 regs
Convert the PXA2xx CLKCFG and PWRMODE cp14 registers to the new arm_cp_reginfo scheme. Signed-off-by: Peter Maydell <peter.maydell@linaro.org>
