gdbstub: Zero-initialize sockaddr structs
Zero-initialize sockaddr_in and sockaddr_un structs that we're about
to fill in and pass to bind() or connect(), to ensure we don't leave
possible implementation-defined extension fields as uninitialized
garbage.
