Hexagon HVX (target/hexagon) add Hexagon Vector eXtensions (HVX) to core
HVX is a set of wide vector instructions. Machine state includes
vector registers (VRegs)
vector predicate registers (QRegs)
temporary registers for intermediate values
store buffer (masked stores and scatter/gather)
