Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/afaerber/tags/qom-cpu-for-peter' into staging
QOM CPUState and X86CPU
* Include exception state in CPU VMState
* Fix -cpu *,migratable=foo
* Error out on unknown -cpu *,+foo,-bar
