From 76f74811c44b5119d5c19364b0594d423248ac0e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Suhas Daftuar Date: Mon, 8 May 2017 15:05:22 -0400 Subject: Add timeout for headers sync At startup, we choose one peer to serve us the headers chain, until our best header is close to caught up. Disconnect this peer if more than 15 minutes + 1ms/expected_header passes and our best header is still more than 1 day away from current time. --- src/net_processing.cpp | 37 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1 file changed, 37 insertions(+) (limited to 'src/net_processing.cpp') diff --git a/src/net_processing.cpp b/src/net_processing.cpp index e4d8d62a28..3a98b59b3f 100644 --- a/src/net_processing.cpp +++ b/src/net_processing.cpp @@ -168,6 +168,8 @@ struct CNodeState { int nUnconnectingHeaders; //!
