From 1e9613ac090ee82f52e1d02a622358b2a1085249 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Gregory Maxwell Date: Thu, 28 Jan 2016 22:44:14 +0000 Subject: Do not absolutely protect local peers from eviction. With automatic tor HS support in place we should probably not be providing absolute protection for local peers, since HS inbound could be used to attack pretty easily. Instead, this counts on the latency metric inside AttemptToEvictConnection to privilege actually local peers.
